Each 4-week meal plan is customized using seasonal fruits and vegetables. You will receive your weekly meal plan via email that contains the your grocery list, recipes, and instructions for the week. You’ll also receive a few hints and tips along the way.

Fall/Winter Meal Plan

The Fall/Winter Meal Plan contains seasonal produce like broccoli, carrots, cauliflower, kale, kiwi, mushrooms, pears spinach, sweet potatoes, avocado, and lots of citrus fruits like grapefruit, oranges, and tangerines!

Spring/Summer Meal Plan

The Spring/Summer Meal Plan contains seasonal produce like strawberries, watermelon, cantaloupe, asparagus, broccoli, carrots, cauliflower, kale, mushrooms, pears, radishes, pineapple, tomatoes, spinach, sweet potatoes, avocado, grapefruit, oranges, and tangerine. The grill and stovetop is used for most of the cooking since we tend to not like to turn on the oven during the warmer months!
