My Paleo Zone Tuna Salad Recipe

Lunch can be tricky when you are trying to eat healthy. But when I make a big batch of My Paleo Zone Tuna Salad, I can portion out appropriately according to my personal Zone blocks and lunch is a breeze! 

The flavors of the avocado, grapes, lime, olives, and avocado give great flavor to this dish…even for those who don’t like tuna (or at least I’ve been told!).

My Paleo Zone Tuna Salad


  • 3/8 c. tomatoes
  • 3/4 c. celery
  • 3/4 c. grapes
  • 7 1/2 black olives
  • 1 1/2 T. avocado
  • squeeze of lemon
  • 4 1/2 oz. tuna


  1. Wash and chop tomatoes and celery.
  2. Wash and slice grapes and olives.
  3. Mash avocado in a small bowl and mix in a squeeze of lemon and seasonings of your choice.
  4. Stir in tuna. Then stir in tomatoes, celery, grapes, and olives.
